Women’s Day 2017 Celebration in Nigeria: Transcending Gender Limitations
As part of the events to mark the 2017 Women’s Day Celebration in Nigeria, the Nigeria stock exchange hosted a symposium with the theme “Transcending Gender Limitations”, which brought together women professionals from various sectors of the economy.

It featured a keynote presentation from Prof. Bolanle Awe (The First Nigerian Female Professor of History), who spoke on the issues around gender equality and gender integration in Nigeria and a panel session, that featured seasoned female technocrats, business leaders and entrepreneurs in the country.
