He believes that the Nigerian government at the Federal and State level should see Housing as a tool for driving socio-economic development, and address the issues of unemployment and poverty.

Ayo Ibaru noted that no economy has achieved the strategy of uplifting millions from poverty, without integrating the Housing sector.
