Prospects for the Growth of Islamic Fintech Industry In Nigeria
The World Bank's global financial inclusion data shows that there are more than 1.6 billion unbanked people in the world. While Sub-Saharan Africa has about 350 million unbanked adults, accounting for 17% of the total global financially excluded adults, in July 2021, the Islamic financial technology (Fintech) landscape reached 236 companies.
