Olufemi Awoyemi, Founder and Chairman of Proshare (Nigeria's foremost financial information hub and owners of WebTV, Debtors.Africa and ProTrader) is a graduate of accounting and a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, he is a graduate of accounting and a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, the Institute of Directors, and the Institute of Management Consultants. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Management; and holds Honorary fellowships of the Association of Investment Advisers and Portfolio Managers, Institute of Credit Administration, Business Process Management Institute, and the Institute of Information Management.

He has been able to build an impeccable portfolio of commercial and management achievements garnered over three decades of progressive responsibility and results with well-known local and international firms including PricewaterhouseCoopers, UAC of Nigeria, Eterna Oil & Gas Plc, Phillips Consulting, Fountain Trust Bank and British American Tobacco.

He has a distinguished career of involvement in many initiatives, associations, academia and developmental activities including services to the Securities & Exchange Commission's Capital Market Committee (CMC) on FinTech Roadmap for Nigeria; roles with the Institute of Directors as the Chairman of the Financial Services & Capital Markets committee and Vice-Chairman of the Ethics & Governance committee, member Research & Advocacy committee and member Finance & General Purposes committee; service to the Nigerian British Chamber of Commerce as Chairman, Advocacy Committee and Vice Chairman, Publicity & Communications committee; an Alumni mentor to the LBS Executive MBA program, a member of the Editorial Board/Peer-Reviewers of the IoD Centre for Corporate Governance; and as a faculty member at the Centre for Financial Journalism and CITC Leadership Centre Nigeria.

His interests include future trends, financial markets education, empowerment and tech solutions; strategy articulation & execution, market intelligence, knowledge management, community development, documentaries and sports to which he remains an active enthusiast in five sports.

Oladipo Ibrahim Dawodu, Non- Executive

Mr. Oladipo Dawodu is a graduate of Accounting and a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He has undertaken various management and leadership programme.

He is an accomplished finance professional with experience covering all facets of accounting (Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Taxation, Divestment & Acquisition, Treasury, Audit & Risk Management, Financial Planning & Forecasting, Business Partnering) with over 28 years of working experience most of which are in senior management role in reputable multinational companies: Unilever, Mondelez (Cadbury) and PZ Cussons. As the Finance Director for Unilever Franco-phone West Africa covering operations in over five countries, he championed the finance stream on the divestment of the Oil business and acquisition of a soap business.

Oladipo is experienced in project management, specifically SAP implementation. He was the Country Lead for Nigeria and Process Lead for Information Management (SAP BW) in the successful implementation of SAP for Central Africa covering 9 countries. He was also the Area Lead for West Africa (2 countries) in Mondelez in another successful SAP implementation.

His experience in partnering with business leaders and other functions in organizations like Brand Building (Marketing), Customer Service (Sales) and Supply Chain has given him a good insight into the workings of business organizations.

He has passion for quality client/customer service and puts special attention on coaching and developing of subordinates and others alike. His interests include: philanthropy, sports, and information technology. Oladipo is happily married with kids.

Dr. Ayo TERIBA, Independent Director

Dr. Ayo Teriba is the Chief executive of Economic Associates (EA) where he provides strategic direction for ongoing research and consulting on the outlook of the Nigerian economy, focusing on: global, national, regional, state, and sector issues. He is a Member of Board of Economic Advisers in the Office of the Economic Adviser to the President, where he contributes to the conception of economic policy ideas for the federation. He is a Member of the Nigeria Industrial Policy and Competitiveness Advisory Council, where he shapes government efforts to ensure Nigeria's industrial advancement. He was a Member of the National Economic Intelligence Committee (NEIC), April 2009 to April 2012, where he conducted periodic reality checks on macroeconomic, fiscal and monetary developments in Nigeria.

Ayo is well known for articulating his views on Nigeria's economic policy imperatives through articles, interviews and comments in the mass media. From 1996 to 1998, he spearheaded the advocacy for re-denomination of Naira notes and coins that led to the successful introduction of N100, N200, N500 and N1000 between 1999 and 2005. N50 note was the highest denomination prior to the advocacy.

His current advocacy research is on (i.) what could be done to ensure democratic effectiveness in achieving desirable economic outcomes in Nigeria; (ii.) how Nigeria can take steps to open the country for foreign investment inflows, and engage the world about investment opportunities in the country; (iii.) How the Central Bank of Nigeria can initiate an orderly transition from a high interest rate regime to a low interest rate regime; and, (iv.) how Nigeria's economic, fiscal and financial federalism can be reconfigured to strengthen the States.

efore becoming the CEO of EA in 2004, Ayo worked as Chief Economist and Member of Editorial Board at ThisDay Newspaper Group (2001-2004), Faculty Member at the Lagos Business School (1995-2001), Head of Research at the Lagos Chamber of Commerce (1993-1995), and Company Economist at UAC of Nigeria (1992-1993). He has served as Consultant to many blue-chip companies, Federal Ministry of Information, Senate Committee on Banking and Finance, several State Governments, DfID, USAID, UNIDO, World Bank, and was a Visiting Scholar to the IMF Research Department in Washington DC.

He has received grants from Ford Foundation and Rockefeller Foundation, and chaired the steering committee of Money, Macroeconomic and Finance Research Group of Money Market Association of Nigeria. He is a Council Member and Chair of Economic and Statistics Committee of Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and a Non-Executive Director of Greenwich Trust Group.

His research output has included an annual economic, fiscal and sectoral report on the 36 States & the FCT, plus numerous scholarly publications resulting from his doctoral thesis, research grants, policy advocacy, and consultancy projects. Some of these are available at

Ayo Teriba earned B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Ibadan with Sir James Robertson Prize and Medal, UAC Prize in Economics, and Economics Departmental Prize as the all-round best economics graduate in 1988, M. Sc. Economics from Ibadan in 1990, M. Phil. Economics of Developing Countries as a Cambridge-DfID Scholar at the University of Cambridge in 1992, and Ph.D. in Applied Econometrics and Monetary Economics from the University of Durham in 2003. He is an Alumnus of the Lagos Business School (AMP 5).

Reshu BAGGA , Chief Operating Officer

Reshu BAGGA is a skilled Computer Engineer with a Masters Degree in Business administration (Finance and Information Technology) from Amity Business School, Delhi, India who plays a key role in executing the company strategy using technology and innovation continuously to ensure the service provides and maintains a leadership position in the industry.

Reshu has the overall responsibility for the Analyst Services, Information Technology and Business Service Excellence functions that deliver on the services execution mandates. In the last six years of covering the Nigerian Market, she has sustained an uncommon focus on stock research, fundamental and technical analysis, revenue assurance, financial and feasibility reports; investor relations and share support services - all geared to delivering a quality business solution, much more important than the technology used to achieve it.

She provides direction and support in the areas of technology based reviews and overall operational efficiency and integrity based interventions. She moved to india in 2015 and continues to manage or technology requirements, developmental and operational needs from there.

Grace 'JARE-AJUWON, Chief Business & Marketing Officer

Grace started out with Proshare Consult - the strategy and solutions function of the firm, where she creditably discharged herself excellently.

Grace, a research analyst and consulting enthusiast, holds a B.Sc degree in Actuarial Science with Second Class Upper Division from the University of Lagos, Akoka. She equally holds a Professional Certificate from the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) and a post graduate diploma in Economics from the University of Lagos.

Prior to joining Proshare in 2013, she worked with Index Investment Advisors Limited as a Research Analyst where she was responsible for Data Mining and Analytics as well as Economic and Capital Market Reporting. She has also worked with Pingworld Systems Limited as an Administrator.

Her key areas of interest have been Investment Management and Analysis, Financial Consulting, as well as Economic and Business Research. Professional trainings attended include Financial Ratio Analysis, Fundamental analysis /modelling and Advance statistics forecasting, Advance Excel Operations, Project Management & Business Analysis.

She oversees the business operations and service delivery functions of the company.

Saheed KIARIBE, General Manager, Research Services

Saheed holds a B.Sc degree in Political Science from Olabisi Onabanjo University Ago-Iwoye (2005), MBA Marketing Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho and also an associate member of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars (2010). Saheed started his career with Intercontinental Registrars Ltd in May 2007 where he worked in the Verification Unit. He was later transferred to the Stock broking Unit of the firm. He joined Proshare Nigeria Ltd in March 2010 after almost three years of service at the Registrars. He has attended professional training on times series and forecasting models.

Ottoabasi Edet ABASIEKONG, Head, WebTv Operations

Ottoabasi obtained his university education in University of Uyo, he was awarded a BSc in Political Science. He is a financial journalist with a flair for socio-economic based programmes. He has attended several journalism, digital media, client relationship and leadership courses in the country and is a certified customer experience officer. He is currently a member of the Presidential Economic Media Working Group.

Dr. Chukwumah BIOSAH

Dr. Chukwumah BIOSAH, is a Risk analyst, investment specialist, and market technician that has presented technical analysis seminars and published articles offering his experience and in-depth knowledge of the capital markets. As President/CEO of InvestIQ, a financial advisory Services company, he specializes in portfolio advisory and management, mergers and Acquisitions, capital issues, project implementation support, venture capital and trade financing.

Biosah authored over 300 articles relating to the Nigerian capital market. He has also been quoted extensively in several publications both domestically and internationally. He has conducted extensive research on the dynamics of the capital markets for over fifteen years. Additionally, in conjunction with Proshare, he authored analyst reports for several financial institutions.

Biosah is equally the President/CEO of CEB ABL Audit Group, a U.S. auditing and forensic accounting firm he founded in 1994 to leverage his 15 years of experience as an auditor and loan analysis specialist at Tokai Bank, Security Pacific Business Credit and Security Pacific National Bank, and Bank of America. The CEB ABL Audit Group provides risk analysis services on a national and international basis to large commercial banks and financial institutions. The Company's list of clients include, but are not limited to Bank of America, J Morgan & Chase, Union Bank of California, Wells Fargo Capital, Wells Fargo Bank, GE Capital Financial Services, Citi Bank, First Bank USA, and Cathay Bank.

Biosah has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles, California. He has a Doctorate Degree in Accounting from Argosy University, and he is currently pursuing a Master in Finance degree from Harvard University. His dissertation focused on "The Efficiency of the PSAR as a training signal in a financial time series with specific emphasis on currency trading (Forex)" He is a Chartered Portfolio Manager, a Chartered Assets Manager and an Associate Member of the Certified Fraud Examiners Association, ISACA and a member of the chartered market technicians association, and member of the financial risk managers association.

Christian Chukwudozie UDECHUKWU

Christian Chukwudozie UDECHUKWU is an entrepreneur, communications expert, live event organiser, strategic analyst and reputation management consultant. With a BA combined honours degree in History and English Language from the University of Nigeria, an MA Honours degree in Advanced International Studies from the Institute of Advanced International Studies, University of Leeds, an MBA from the Middlesex University Business School, London and Corporate Finance from the London Business School, London.

Christian is the Founder and Managing Director of the leading business communications organisation, Business in Africa Events UK Ltd. He hold Directorships at the London based Business Council for Africa (BCA); Director of IC Publications (Publishers of African Business, African Banker, New African Woman and New African magazines); and Director of Osike Synergy Nigeria Limited with interest in real estates, agriculture and global brand franchises.

Recently appointed Bloomberg Multimedia representative for Africa, he is a consultant/commentator on African Affairs to a number of global media organisations. Christian is member of the Royal Commonwealth Society. He has had professional work experience with blue chip organisations namely Guinness Brewing Worldwide, London; Office of Fair Trading, London; Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, OECD, Paris.


Kola OGUNLEYE is an Architect, an Accountant, a financial and tax consultant; and an erudite policy analyst. He was the lead consultant in the tax investigation and audit for Lagos State Internal Revenue Service (LIRS) between year 2003 and 2009. In that capacity, he successfully audited and recovered under paid taxes in companies such as Cadbury Plc, FCMB, Nestle, ACEN Insurance, etc.

Until recently, he served as Policy Advisor to the Commissioner of Finance, Ogun State (four years) in which capacity he oversaw the activities of the board of Internal Revenue and headed the committee that reviewed the internal revenue law that granted it autonomy. He is committed to Economic Development, true fiscal federalism and one-stop revenue agency.

He has served as a consultant to NEITI in its annual tax audit programme in the last three (3) years. He seeks continually and keeps himself abreast of international developments and principles for application to local realities in matters relating to fiscal administration and taxation. Educated at the University of Ife (Architecture) and attended Executive Programmes at the Howard University, USA and University of Manchester, United Kingdom. Kola is the lead consultant on tax management at View Consult.
