Olufemi Awoyemi, Founder and Chairman of Proshare (Nigeria's foremost financial information hub and owners of WebTV, Debtors.Africa and Proshare) is a graduate of accounting and a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, he is a graduate of accounting and a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, the Institute of Directors, and the Chartered Institute of Bankers. He is an Associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management; and holds Honorary fellowships of the Association of Investment Advisers and Portfolio Managers, Institute of Credit Administration, Business Process Management Institute, and the Institute of Information Management.

He has been able to build an impeccable portfolio of commercial and management achievements garnered over three decades of progressive responsibility and results with well-known local and international firms including PricewaterhouseCoopers, UAC of Nigeria, Eterna Oil & Gas Plc, Phillips Consulting, Fountain Trust Bank and British American Tobacco.

Olufemi is the Institute of Directors (IoD) of Nigeria nominee to the Senior Executive Course 43 at the National Institute of Policy & Strategic Studies (NIPSS) 2021 Class and the IoD Representative on the National Action Committee (NAC) for the Implementation of AfCFTA.

He has a distinguished career of involvement in many initiatives, associations, academia and developmental activities including services to the Securities & Exchange Commission's Capital Market Committee (CMC) on FinTech Roadmap for Nigeria; roles with the Institute of Directors as the Chairman of the Financial Services & Capital Markets Committee and Vice-Chairman of the Ethics & Governance committee, member Research & Advocacy committee, member strategic implementation committee and member Finance & General Purposes committee; service to the Nigerian British Chamber of Commerce as Chairman, Advocacy Committee and Vice Chairman, Publicity & Communications committee; an Alumni mentor to the LBS Executive MBA program, a member of the Editorial Board/Peer-Reviewers of the IoD Centre for Corporate Governance; and as a faculty member at the Centre for Financial Journalism and CITC Leadership Centre Nigeria.

Oladipo Ibrahim Dawodu, Non- Executive

Mr. Oladipo Dawodu is a graduate of Accounting and a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He has undertaken various management and leadership programme.

He is an accomplished finance professional with experience covering all facets of accounting (Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Taxation, Divestment & Acquisition, Treasury, Audit & Risk Management, Financial Planning & Forecasting, Business Partnering) with over 28 years of working experience most of which are in senior management role in reputable multinational companies: Unilever, Mondelez (Cadbury) and PZ Cussons. As the Finance Director for Unilever Franco-phone West Africa covering operations in over five countries, he championed the finance stream on the divestment of the Oil business and acquisition of a soap business.

Oladipo is experienced in project management, specifically SAP implementation. He was the Country Lead for Nigeria and Process Lead for Information Management (SAP BW) in the successful implementation of SAP for Central Africa covering 9 countries. He was also the Area Lead for West Africa (2 countries) in Mondelez in another successful SAP implementation.

His experience in partnering with business leaders and other functions in organizations like Brand Building (Marketing), Customer Service (Sales) and Supply Chain has given him a good insight into the workings of business organizations.

He has passion for quality client/customer service and puts special attention on coaching and developing of subordinates and others alike. His interests include: philanthropy, sports, and information technology. Oladipo is happily married with kids.

Dr. Ayo TERIBA, Independent Director

Dr. Ayo Teriba is the Chief executive of Economic Associates (EA) where he provides strategic direction for ongoing research and consulting on the outlook of the Nigerian economy, focusing on: global, national, regional, state, and sector issues. He is a Member of Board of Economic Advisers in the Office of the Economic Adviser to the President, where he contributes to the conception of economic policy ideas for the federation. He is a Member of the Nigeria Industrial Policy and Competitiveness Advisory Council, where he shapes government efforts to ensure Nigeria's industrial advancement. He was a Member of the National Economic Intelligence Committee (NEIC), April 2009 to April 2012, where he conducted periodic reality checks on macroeconomic, fiscal and monetary developments in Nigeria.

Ayo is well known for articulating his views on Nigeria's economic policy imperatives through articles, interviews and comments in the mass media. From 1996 to 1998, he spearheaded the advocacy for re-denomination of Naira notes and coins that led to the successful introduction of N100, N200, N500 and N1000 between 1999 and 2005. N50 note was the highest denomination prior to the advocacy.

His current advocacy research is on (i.) what could be done to ensure democratic effectiveness in achieving desirable economic outcomes in Nigeria; (ii.) how Nigeria can take steps to open the country for foreign investment inflows, and engage the world about investment opportunities in the country; (iii.) How the Central Bank of Nigeria can initiate an orderly transition from a high interest rate regime to a low interest rate regime; and, (iv.) how Nigeria's economic, fiscal and financial federalism can be reconfigured to strengthen the States.

efore becoming the CEO of EA in 2004, Ayo worked as Chief Economist and Member of Editorial Board at ThisDay Newspaper Group (2001-2004), Faculty Member at the Lagos Business School (1995-2001), Head of Research at the Lagos Chamber of Commerce (1993-1995), and Company Economist at UAC of Nigeria (1992-1993). He has served as Consultant to many blue-chip companies, Federal Ministry of Information, Senate Committee on Banking and Finance, several State Governments, DfID, USAID, UNIDO, World Bank, and was a Visiting Scholar to the IMF Research Department in Washington DC.

He has received grants from Ford Foundation and Rockefeller Foundation, and chaired the steering committee of Money, Macroeconomic and Finance Research Group of Money Market Association of Nigeria. He is a Council Member and Chair of Economic and Statistics Committee of Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and a Non-Executive Director of Greenwich Trust Group.

His research output has included an annual economic, fiscal and sectoral report on the 36 States & the FCT, plus numerous scholarly publications resulting from his doctoral thesis, research grants, policy advocacy, and consultancy projects. Ayo Teriba earned B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Ibadan with Sir James Robertson Prize and Medal, UAC Prize in Economics, and Economics Departmental Prize as the all-round best economics graduate in 1988, M. Sc. Economics from Ibadan in 1990, M. Phil. Economics of Developing Countries as a Cambridge-DfID Scholar at the University of Cambridge in 1992, and Ph.D. in Applied Econometrics and Monetary Economics from the University of Durham in 2003. He is an Alumnus of the Lagos Business School (AMP 5).

Grace 'JARE-AJUWON, AIoD
Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer

Grace joined the company seven (7) years ago as a business & market analyst with an eye for strategic execution and development who had a passion for business growth data analysis and new markets.

She is a data science enthusiast with over eight years' experience in business and market analysis, project management, digital marketing and product development; having obtained her first degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Lagos, Akoka, and currently holds a Post Graduate and Masters degree in Economics from the same University. She obtained numerous post-graduate certificates in areas related to strategy, risk management, change management and project management.

In furtherance of her executive development and organisation growth mandate; she embarked on a series of courses that saw her obtain professional certification as a Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) associate, become a member of the Institute of Directors (IoD) and a post graduate diploma in Economics from the University of Lagos, to mention a few.

Prior to joining Proshare in 2013, she had worked with Index Investment Advisors Limited as a research analyst and contributed to the development of numerous industry reports and financial market training materials.

Grace has since then, and subsequent to her role in Proshare attended professional trainings covering Business Management, Financial Analysis, Advance Excel Operations, Project Management, Database Management using SQL and Business Analysis using Power BI.

She is currently a member of the Institute of Directors (IoD) and has been responsible for the execution of all the strategic objectives of the company since 2018, while overseeing the business operations and service delivery functions of the firm from that time to now, including the project digital engagement that would transit the company to a DL/ML enabled environment which she would superintend over.

Reshu BAGGA , Executive Director / Chief Technology Officer

Reshu BAGGA is the founding Chief Operating Officer of the company who designed, developed and deployed the operating model for all Proshare engagements. She is often referred to as the "engine" of the service having control over both the technology and practice models of the firm (where she instituted the governance code on all engagements that broke walls in execution and challenged the ethos of the firm on its objectivity mandate).

Reshu was the difference in what stood us out; committed and equally confident on the very principles on objectivity, fairness and equitable discharge of subject, mandate and governance. She embodied what Proshare was and trained, wedded off, and established what it was to be a Proshare analyst.

Reshu was able to do this based on her high-level credible application to task and role; which translated to her development goals for the capital market and economy.

This was made possible because she is a skilled Computer Engineer with a Masters Degree in Business administration (Finance and Information Technology) from Amity Business School, Delhi, India who has since gone to acquire but academic and professional experience in the management of a change driven entity.

Upon leaving Nigeria to India, after six (6) years of dedicated service, she continued to play this role and more in her design of strategic execution of plans for a Pan-African institution using technology as an innovation tool to ensure that services, applications, information and analytics are meshed to ensure Africa is a dominant player in wealth creation, investment migration management and technology adoption as a service.

Reshu, as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) now has the overall responsibility for the Information Technology and Business Service Excellence functions that deliver on both the execution of a dedicated Proshare enterprise model for internal efficiency as well as a new, rebranded website for the different market we envisage.

In the last ten years of consistent coverage of and establishment of the application that supports the service delivery in the Nigerian Market, she has sustained an uncommon focus on stock research, fundamental and technical analysis, financial and feasibility reporting; investor relations and share support services - all geared to delivering a quality business solution, much more important than the technology used to achieve it. She provides direction and support in the areas of technology-based reviews and overall operational efficiency and integrity-based interventions

Saheed KIARIBE, Executive Director, Research Services

Saheed is a financial market enthusiast who joined Proshare over ten years ago to sort out and develop the data, research and financial analysis function. He came in with a B.Sc degree in Political Science from Olabisi Onabanjo University Ago-Iwoye (2005) and was part of our experiment to bring in outsiders to change the collation, processing and presentation of data related to the markets.

He has since, while delivering on this difficult assignment that required a bridge between tradition and the digital world, obtained an MBA in Marketing Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho. He is today, an associate member of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars (2010) and a keen student in other knowledge empowering institutes where he is pursuing formal qualifications.

Saheed is a devoted professional whose only interest in is the provision of credible data for decision making, having learnt the value of data from his starting role with Intercontinental Registrars Ltd in May 2007 where he worked in the verification unit. The firm, recognising his application and self motivation, caused for him to be transferred to the Stock Broking Unit of the firm; from where he joined Proshare Nigeria Ltd in March 2010; after almost three years of service at the Registrars Unit.

Since his engagement, he has attended multiple professional training, workshop and conferences on financial analysis, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and advanced research operations which has come in handy is delivering on the national assignment of managing the production of and dissemination of critical national economic and market intelligence including those of the Nigerian Bureau of Statistics (NBS) Report; Corporate Data and data for the entire Nigerian Capital Market.

Teslim SHITTA-BEY, Executive Director / Managing Editor / Chief Economist;

Teslim Shitta-Bey is a stock market/investment analyst, commercial and investment banker and financial journalist with a B.Sc degree in Economics and Statistics who has obtained numerous post-graduate certification in relevant business areas including Financial Journalism, Market Analysis and Editorial Management. He is the inaugural head of the firm's content team and facilitator of the knowledge engagements.

Prior to joining Proshare in 2018, he has, in the last three decades, accumulated a rich and varied experience as a stock market/investment analyst, served as a commercial and investment banker in a financial institution and served a tour of duty as a financial journalist with a leading business newspaper.

He has over two decades of experience in investment banking having started his Investment Banking career twenty-four (24) years ago at Capital Bancorp Limited, where for several years he headed the Investment Bank's Corporate Finance and Research Group (where he was institutional lead in the First Lagos State Government N50 billion Revenue Bond and the equity flotation of defunct African Petroleum Plc under a Federal Government privatization programme). As part of his responsibilities at Capital Bancorp Limited, he also took direct charge of Capital Market research, mergers and Acquisition (M&A) mandates, debt origination assignments and government privatization programmes.

In 1999/2000 Teslim left Capital Bancorp after five years to become the head of the Corporate Finance Group of City Express Bank Plc where he was responsible for Fixed Income debt origination (including that of the Ekiti State Government N4billion Revenue Bond) and other sundry equity and debt origination mandates. He was also responsible for Project Finance and Project Management in the financial institution, which placed him in a privileged position to oversee and complete a wide variety of financing mandates including leasing to the transport sector.

In 2005, Teslim joined Capital Express Securities Limited as Chief Operating Officer, and continued a variety of capital market mandates including the Private Placement and eventual listing of MTS First Wireless, after which he decided, in 2008, to put his full-time effort in managing a private financial consultancy partnership, Grant Alsthom Consulting Limited.

Teslim is an avid financial modeler and is a regular collaborator with the global financial modelling community. Between 2013 and 2018 he was Managing Director of Hallmark Newspapers, publishers of the weekly tabloid, Business Hallmark Newspaper; from whence he joined Proshare as the head of content and knowledge validation.

Ottoabasi Edet ABASIEKONG, Editor, WebTV Limited

Ottoabasi is a financial journalist with a flair for socio-economic based programmes who has worked with Proshare for over seven years. He obtained his university education from the University of Uyo where he was awarded a BSc in Political Science. He has attended several journalism, digital media, client relationship and leadership courses in the country and is a certified customer experience officer. He is currently a member of the Presidential Economic Media Working Group and anchors the Economy & Politics and Market Review Programmes.

Dr. Chukwumah BIOSAH

Dr. Chukwumah BIOSAH, is a Risk analyst, investment specialist, and market technician that has presented technical analysis seminars and published articles offering his experience and in-depth knowledge of the capital markets. As President/CEO of InvestIQ, a financial advisory Services company, he specializes in portfolio advisory and management, mergers and Acquisitions, capital issues, project implementation support, venture capital and trade financing.

Biosah authored over 300 articles relating to the Nigerian capital market. He has also been quoted extensively in several publications both domestically and internationally. He has conducted extensive research on the dynamics of the capital markets for over fifteen years. Additionally, in conjunction with Proshare, he authored analyst reports for several financial institutions.

Biosah is equally the President/CEO of CEB ABL Audit Group, a U.S. auditing and forensic accounting firm he founded in 1994 to leverage his 15 years of experience as an auditor and loan analysis specialist at Tokai Bank, Security Pacific Business Credit and Security Pacific National Bank, and Bank of America. The CEB ABL Audit Group provides risk analysis services on a national and international basis to large commercial banks and financial institutions. The Company's list of clients include, but are not limited to Bank of America, J Morgan & Chase, Union Bank of California, Wells Fargo Capital, Wells Fargo Bank, GE Capital Financial Services, Citi Bank, First Bank USA, and Cathay Bank.

Biosah has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles, California. He has a Doctorate Degree in Accounting from Argosy University, and he is currently pursuing a Master in Finance degree from Harvard University. His dissertation focused on "The Efficiency of the PSAR as a training signal in a financial time series with specific emphasis on currency trading (Forex)" He is a Chartered Portfolio Manager, a Chartered Assets Manager and an Associate Member of the Certified Fraud Examiners Association, ISACA and a member of the chartered market technicians association, and member of the financial risk managers association.

Christian Chukwudozie UDECHUKWU

Christian Chukwudozie UDECHUKWU is an entrepreneur, communications expert, live event organiser, strategic analyst and reputation management consultant. With a BA combined honours degree in History and English Language from the University of Nigeria, an MA Honours degree in Advanced International Studies from the Institute of Advanced International Studies, University of Leeds, an MBA from the Middlesex University Business School, London and Corporate Finance from the London Business School, London.

Christian is the Founder and Managing Director of the leading business communications organisation, Business in Africa Events UK Ltd. He hold Directorships at the London based Business Council for Africa (BCA); Director of IC Publications (Publishers of African Business, African Banker, New African Woman and New African magazines); and Director of Osike Synergy Nigeria Limited with interest in real estates, agriculture and global brand franchises.

Recently appointed Bloomberg Multimedia representative for Africa, he is a consultant/commentator on African Affairs to a number of global media organisations. Christian is member of the Royal Commonwealth Society. He has had professional work experience with blue chip organisations namely Guinness Brewing Worldwide, London; Office of Fair Trading, London; Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, OECD, Paris.
