Organizational Transformation Through Efficient Stakeholder Engagement

Organisational transformation is a deliberate systemic change embarked upon by an organisation to help it transition and evolve into a better organisation.

In comparison, 46% of projects delivered receive stakeholder satisfaction.

Stakeholder engagement involves getting the needed buy-in and participation from the right internal and external stakeholders, from planning to execution. Other reasons for the failure of transformation efforts include poor resource planning, inexperienced execution managers, cultural misalignment and change in organisational priorities.

This involves tailoring and simplifying the messages to specific stakeholder groups to drive interest, understanding, and buy-in into the transformation journey and celebrating every win to ensure that the commitment to the transformation is maintained.
