We are pleased to inform our esteemed stakeholders of
the recent introduction of RMB Nigeria Stockbrokers Limited unto the NASD
Over-The-Counter [OTC] Securities Exchange. RMB was inducted on June 2, 2020
unto our platform to act as a Broker/Dealer.
Irrespective of the existing limitations to businesses
caused by the pandemic, we have been able to successfully welcome RMB into our
community of over 200 stockbrokers by actively leveraging technology to ensure
a seamless continuity of our business operation on the OTC market.
In furtherance of our objective to deepen the Nigerian
Capital Market, we look forward to a fruitful partnership with RMB Nigeria
Stockbrokers Limited.

NASD OTC Securities Exchange Market closed on a
negative note this week, as the market recorded a decrease in performance. NASD
Security Index Year to date return fell by -0.74%. Total volume traded
Year-to-Date stands at 7,790,700,274 units in 624 deals and total Value traded
is N9,993,122,688.43.
Week 23 Overview
NASD OTC Securities Exchange closed the week with a
positive return in NSI. The NSI return rose by 0.13% to close the week at 692.38
points against 691.46 points in the preceding Friday, May 29 2020.
In addition, Week 23 saw NASD Investors gain N0.68 Billion in value.
NASD OTC Market capitalization closed at N508.60 Billion compared to N507.92 Billion in the preceding Friday, resulting from
a positive movement of prices.
There was a -93.87% decrease in the total value traded during the week as week 23 saw NASD Investors trade a total of N146,324,982.30 in value compared to N2,387,470,722.25 in the previous week. Total trade activity for the year is valued at N9,993,122,688.43.
In the same pattern, volume traded during the week was
2,077,013 units compared to 170,282,375.00 units in the previous week
leading to a -98.78% decrease in trade volume compared to week 22. Total volume
traded for the year is 7,788,623,261 units.

System Plc Ranking top among top among five most traded securities by volume
and Nipco Plc as the least traded among the five most traded in week 23.

The week closed with Niger Delta Exploration and
Production Plc ranking top among top five most traded securities by value and
Nipco Plc as the least traded among the five most traded securities by value in
week 23.
