TOTAL Notifies of Board Meeting Date And Commencement of Closed Period for 2019 AFS and Q1 2020

This is to notify The Nigerian Stock Exchange and the investing public that the Board of Total Nigeria Plc (the Company) will meet on Wednesday 13th May, 2020 to consider the Company's Audited Financial Statements for the Year ended 31st December, 2019 and our First Quarter unaudited Financial Statements for the Quarter ended 31st March, 2020.

Further to earlier notices dated 9th March, 2020 and 4th May, 2020 and in line with the post-listing requirements of The Nigerian Stock Exchange the Company commenced a closed period for trading in the Company's shares from 10th March, 2020 which will subsist until 24 hours after the Audited Accounts for 2019 and the Unaudited Financial accounts for the First Quarter 2020 is released to the public.

Accordingly, no Director, employee, person discharging managerial responsibilities and adviser of the Company and their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the closed period.
