Artificial Intelligence (AI) is important to harnessing customer data in delivering a superior customer experience. Intelligent interactions, that is, customer services enhanced with artificial intelligence (AI), have the potential to improve customer experience by processing big data that can prompt comprehension of clients' preferences, enhance touchpoints, reduce costs, and scale-up businesses. Hence, understanding Artificial Intelligence tools and how these tools can assist organizations with retaining clients is vital.
Understanding this, the Financial Institutions Training Centre (FITC) is set to host an Artificial Intelligence Customer Experience Summit on Wednesday, May 26th, 2021 from 11:00 am (WAT), with the theme "Enhancing Customer Experience with Artificial Intelligence".
This summit will equip participants with insights into how to leverage AI in understanding customer needs better, the tools required to take advantage of real-time decisions and predictive analysis that will provide a hyper-personalized customer experience and improve the customer journey across all touchpoints & channels.
