Further to our notification dated 9^th March, 2020 this is to notify the Nigerian Stock Exchange and the investing public that the Board meeting of Total Nigeria Plc (the Company) earlier scheduled for Thursday 26^th March, 2020 has been postponed. This is as a result of the prevailing issues surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and the need to maintain social distancing. A new date will be communicated as soon as possible.
