PRESCO Notifies of Board Meeting Date and Commencement of Closed Period

This is to notify the shareholders of Presco PLC and the investing public that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Presco PLC (the Company) has been scheduled to hold on Wednesday, March 17 2021 at 10.00 am to consider among other issues, the Company's Audited Financial Statements (AFS) for the year ended 31st December 2020.

The Company has consequently announced the commencement of a Closed Period from March 3 2021 until 24 hours after the release of the AFS to the public.

Accordingly, no director, employee, person discharging managerial responsibility, advisers, consultants of the Company and their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the shares of the Company during the Closed Period.
