NOTORE Postpones AGM Due To COVID-19 Outbreak

Following the health advisory of the World Health Organisation ("WHO") and the travel ban directives issued by the Federal Government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus in Nigeria, Notore Chemical Industries Plc. ("Notore" or "the Company") hereby notifies The Nigerian Stock Exchange ("The Exchange"), the Company's Shareholders and the Investing Public that the 6th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company scheduled to hold on Thursday 26th March, 2020 has been postponed until further notice.

Being a responsible member of the global community, the safety and well-being of our Shareholders, employees and other members of the public remains paramount. Notore is closely following the developments and guidelines that will likely be issued by the Federal Government with regard to the COVID-19 virus.

Notore will continue to monitor and review the situation and will communicate a new date for the holding of the Annual General Meeting.

The Company regrets any inconvenience the postponement may cause its Shareholders and other Stakeholders.
