Notice is hereby given that a virtual Meeting of the Board of Directors of Notore Chemical Industries Plc ('the Company') will hold on Thursday 28th January 2021, at 11.00 a.m. to review and Approval of the Unaudited Account for the period ended 31st December 2020 amongst other agenda to be discussed.

In view of the above and in compliance with Rule 17.18; Issuers' Rules of The Exchange the Company wishes to notify The Nigerian Stock Exchange and the general public that its closed period will commence from Wednesday, 14th January 2021 until 24 hours after the Unaudited Financial Statements for the Q1 ended 31st December 2020 is released to the public.
