This is to notify the investing public that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Neimeth International Pharmaceuticals Plc. (the Company) is scheduled to hold on Thursday, 28^th January 2021 at which the Q1 financial result for the period ended 31st December 2020 will be considered.

In line with the Rulebook of the Exchange, the Company has commenced a closed period from Wednesday, 13^th of January 2021 up to twenty-four (24) hours after the financial statement for Q1 ended 31st December 2020 is released to the public.

Consequently, Directors and other Insiders of the Company have been duly notified not to deal in the Company's securities during the closed period.
