Zenith Bank Board Approves 2021 Audited Results and Payment of Final Dividend

Please refer to our Announcement dated December 31 2021 through which we notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX or the Exchange) and the investing public of the Board meeting of Zenith Bank Plc (the Bank).

 

Please be informed that the Board of Directors of Zenith Bank Plc at its meeting of Thursday, January 27, 2022, considered and approved the Group Audited Consolidated & Separate Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2021 and the payment of a final dividend, subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).

 

The investing public is also being informed through this medium that following the Nigerian Exchange Group (NGX) circular of January 21, 2022, Zenith Bank Pic has elected not to file the Fourth Quarter Unaudited Financial Statements on January 30, 2022.

 

Accordingly, the full-year Audited Financial Statement of the bank will be submitted to the Exchange on or before February 28, 2022, subject to receipt of the approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
