UBN Notifies of Board Meeting To Approve 2019 Audited Accounts and Commencement of Closed Period

In compliance with the NSE Rule Book and the Amendments to the Listing Rules, Union Bank of Nigeria Plc ("the Bank") hereby notifies The Nigerian Stock Exchange ("The Exchange") and our esteemed stakeholders of the meeting of the Board of Directors scheduled to hold on 27th February 2020 to approve the Audited Financial Statements and Reports for the year ended 31st December 2019.

 

Consequently, there will be a closed period in respect of which no insider of Union Bank of Nigeria Plc may buy and or sell shares of the Bank from 31st January 2020 to twenty UNION four (24) hours after the filing of the Audited Reports and Financial Statements with The Exchange.
