Further to our notification dated 9th March, 2020 this is to notify the Nigerian Stock Exchange and the investing public that the Board meeting of Total Nigeria Plc (the Company) earlier scheduled for Thursday 26th March, 2020 has been postponed. This is as a result of the prevailing issues surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and the need to maintain social distancing. A new date will be communicated as soon as possible.
