52-week high or low is the highest and lowest price a stock has traded at during the previous year and it is considered an important factor in determining a stock’s current value as well as predicting its future price movement or direction.
Below is a quick look at the stocks that are Off 52-week highs and Near 52-Week and Lows as at 22nd December 2017.
Eighty-three (83) stocks are off 52-week highs. MORISON led the list of such stocks recording -67.9% below high and closely followed by FO recording -58.1% below high. AFRIPRUD recorded the least with -0.24% below high.
Seventy-six (76) stocks near 52-week lows. FIDSON led the list of such stocks recording 315.73% above low and closely followed by INTBREW recording 260% above low. TOTAL recorded the least with 1.01% above low.
