In compliance with the provisions of the Listing Rules of The Nigerian Stock Exchange (The Exchange), notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Regency Alliance Insurance Plc (the Company) will be held on Wednesday the 20th day of February 2019.
The Meeting will consider and approve the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December 2018.
The Meeting will also discuss issues relating to dividend and or bonus issue as well as the date of the 25th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
In view of the above, please be informed that the closed period for trading in the Company's shares shall commence from Tuesday 5th of February 2019.
Therefore, no Director or person discharging managerial responsibilities or employee of the Company, employees of the Company’s subsidiaries, associates, affiliates, advisers, insiders and consultants of the Company or persons closely related to them may directly or indirectly deal in the shares of the Company until 24 hours after the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December 2018, is released to The Exchange and the general public.
