The Okomu Oil Palm Company Plc (Okomu Oil) wishes to inform its shareholders and the investing public that the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to meet on Tuesday 16th March, 2021 to consider amongst other things, the audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2020, and possible recommendation for the payment of dividend.


In line with the post-listing requirements of The Exchange, Okomu Oil hereby announces the commencement of a closed period for trading in the Company's shares from 1st March 2021 until 24 hours after the audited financial statement for the year ended 31 December 2020 is released to the public.


Accordingly, no Director, employee, person discharging managerial responsibility and adviser of the Company and their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the closed period.
