NB Notifies of Board Meeting And Closed Period

We hereby notify The Nigerian Stock Exchange ("The NSE") and the investing public that a meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company is scheduled for Wednesday, 12th February, 2020.

Items on the agenda for the meeting include the consideration and approval of the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended 31st December, 2019 as well as a proposal for the payment of dividend.

Further, please be informed that the Company's Closed Period commenced on Wednesday, 18th December, 2019 and will continue until the next day after the said Audited Financial Statements are submitted to The NSE.
