Morison Industries Plc wishes to inform The Nigerian Stock Exchange, its shareholders and the investing public that the Company's 2018 Annual General Meeting will not hold this year as anticipated.

The reason for the delay in holding the 64 Annual General Meeting is due to the ongoing restructuring of the Company and some unforeseen circumstances beyond the Company's control.

When it became evident that the Company will not be able to meet the statutory deadline within which to conduct its Annual General Meeting this year, the Directors applied to the Corporate Affairs Commission for extension of time to convene the AGM and approval was obtained.

The Annual General Meeting however, will now hold on the 27th of February 2020 which is beyond the 9 months NSE stipulated time frame.
