Lafarge Africa Plc Announces Delay in Filing FY 2017 Financial Statements

Lafarge Africa Plc wishes to notify its shareholders and The Nigerian Stock Exchange that filing of the company’s Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31
st  December 2017 was not made on the due date as required by the rules of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.


The delay was to enable our auditors complete their work. This Notice has also been published on the Company’s website:

We anticipate that the Audited Financial Statements will be submitted no later than the 1oth of April 2018.
