ETI Notifies of Board Meeting Date and Commencement of Closed Period

We write to advise shareholders of Ecobank Transnational Incorporated ("ETI") and all stakeholders that the Board of Directors of ETI shall hold a board meeting on Wednesday 25th February, 2020 to consider the Audited Accounts of ETI for the year ended December 31, 2020.


In compliance with the Rule 17 (Part C) of the NSE Listing Rules, there will be a closed period from February 10, 2021 until 24 hours after the outcome of the board meeting and publication of the Audited Accounts of ETI on the NSE which shall be made as soon as all relevant regulatory approvals are obtained.


During the closed period, no insider including Directors, employees and interested parties of ETI or its affiliates will deal directly or indirectly with ETI shares.
