In line with Rule 1.1 of the Rules Relating to Board Meetings and General Meetings of Issuers, Cornerstone Insurance PLC ("The Company") wishes to inform its esteemed Shareholders, Stakeholders, The Nigerian Stock Exchange ("The Exchange") and the general public that at the Board Meeting of the Company held on 21st April 2020, the Unaudited Financial Statements (UFS) for the First Quarter ended March 31, 2020 was duly considered and approved.

The Board approved UFS for the 2020 First Quarter will be available for filing as soon as the Company obtains approval from the National Insurance Commission and file its 2019 Audited Financial Statements with The Exchange.
