CAP Notifies of Board Meeting Date and Commencement of Closed Period

The Board of Chemical and Allied Products Plc (the "Company") will meet in Lagos on Monday March 22, 2021 to consider, among other things, and approve the Company's Audited Annual Financial Statements for the period ended December 31, 2020 (the "2020 Audited Accounts"). Consequently, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the NSE Rule Book, the Closed Period for trading in the shares of the Company will commence on March 5, 2021 in respect of the 2020 Audited Accounts.


Hence no Director, persons discharging managerial responsibility, Employees with sensitive information, Advisers and Consultants of the Company and their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the securities of the Company until 24 hours after the release of the 2020 Audited Accounts to the Nigerian Stock Exchange and by extension, the general public.
