BETAGLAS Notifies of Board Meeting Date and Commencement of Closed Period

This is to notify the investing public that a Board of Directors' meeting of Beta Glass Plc ("the Company") has been scheduled to hold on Monday, 22 March 2021, at 10.00 a.m. to consider the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the period ended December, 31, 2020 (2020 AFS).

 

Consequently, and in line with the post-listing requirements of The Exchange the Company commenced a closed period for trading in the shares of the Company from 8th March 2021 until 24 hours after the 2020 AFS are submitted via the Issuers' Portal of The Exchange.

 

Accordingly, no Director, employee, person discharging managerial responsibilities and adviser of the Company and their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the closed period.
