We refer to our Notice dated July 13, 2020 on the above subject wherein we notified the Nigerian Stock Exchange and the investing public that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Access Bank Plc ('the Company') has been scheduled for Thursday, July 30, 2020 to consider and approve the Company's Audited Interim Financial Statements for the half year ended June 30, 2020.

This is to inform the investing public and the Nigerian Stock Exchange that the meeting will now hold on Wednesday, July 29, 2020 and not July 30, 2020 as earlier announced.

This is due to the imminent public holiday that may hold on the earlier announced date.

The Closed Period as earlier announced remains on course until twenty-four hours (24 hours) after the release of the Audited Financial Statements to the public in compliance with the Listing Rules of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
