The Management of Standard Alliance Insurance Plc (the Company) would like to inform its Shareholders, Stakeholders and the investing public that the Company is yet to hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for year ended 31 December 2017.

The reason for this is due to the delayed approval of the Company’s 2017 Audited Financial Statement by our Primary Regulator. Having filed the 2017 Audited Financial Statement as approved by our Primary Regulator with the Nigerian Stock Exchange, we are optimistic that the AGM will be held on or before the 20th December, 2018.
