Pursuant to Clause 17.2 of the Amendments to the
Listings Rules (the “Rules”) of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (the “Exchange”)
and in the run up to the announcement of SEPLAT’s Audited Financial Statement
for the period ended 31st December, 2018, please note that SEPLAT
Petroleum Development Company Plc (“SEPLAT”) had on the 27th of December 2018,
announced the commencement of a closed period from Monday, 318t December 2018
to end on Thursday, 28th February 2019.
Following the scheduling of a meeting of the Board of
Directors of the company for 28th February 2019, the closed period
is consequently extended to twenty-four hours (24 hrs.) after the audited
financial statement has been released to the public.
Accordingly, no Director, employee, person discharging
managerial responsibility, adviser(s) of the Company and their connected
persons may directly or indirectly deal in the shares of the Company in any
manner during the closed period.
