Nestle Plc Announces Board Meeting and Closed Period

We write to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company is scheduled for 27 October 2017 to consider the unaudited financial statements for the period ended 30 September 2017. 

In line with the amended Listing Rules of the Nigerian Stock Exchange, we write to inform you that the closed period during which no director, person discharging managerial responsibility and adviser of our Company and their connected persons shall deal in the securities of the company is effective from 12 October 2017 to 30 October 2017.
