Medview Airline Plc "the Company" wishes to inform its shareholders, The Nigerian Stock Exchange (The Exchange") and other stakeholders that the Board of the company at its meeting held on Monday, 19 February 2018, arrived at the following resolutions:
1. Adoption of the Audited annual accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017
2. Acceptance of the resignation of Mr. Jalal Khodor El-Ammouri as the director of the company
3. Appointment of the following two additional directors on the board of the company subject to the ratification of the shareholders at its next Annual General Meeting:

Mr. El-Ammouri Jalal joined Med-View Airline since incorporation of the Company and serve as a non-executive director proffering expertise with his knowledge in various businesses to develop the Company. He resigned voluntarily on the 3rd of January, 2018 due to increased workload which will hamper his effective participation as a director of the Company.
Ambassador Babatunde 0. Ajisomo joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in 1982 and served with commitment and distinctions in various Departments, namely Protocol, West African Affairs, Finance and Budget, African Affairs, Trade and Investment, European Affairs, South American and the Caribbean Affairs Departments.
He served at the Embassy of Nigeria, Cotonou, Republic of Benin from 1986 to 1989 as Second and First Secretary and covered political, Consular and Information activities. He was appointed as Deputy Head of Mission to the Embassy of Nigeria, Bangkok, Thailand from July 2012 to April 2013 and co-coordinated all activities of the Mission. He was conferred with Ambassadorial title by former Nigerian Head of State, Dr Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, G.C.F.R on the 14th February, 2013
Amb. Ajisomo graduated with a B.Sc. (Hons) in Political Science from University of Lagos 1978-1981. He obtained a Professional Certificate in lntemational Relation, Law and Diplomacy at the Foreign Service Academy of the Nigerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in 1983. He holds a Master’s Degree in Diplomacy and lntemational Relations (MILD) from University of Lagos, Nigeria, 1990-1992.
Following Ambassador Ajisomo’s distinguished career in the Nigerian Diplomatic Service, he was promptly recommended for field Ambassadorial appointment in the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), upon his retirement in April 2013 from the Nigerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
He has since his assumption of duty in Liberia repositioned ECOWAS regional activities in Liberia as well as mainstream Liberia into ECOWAS regional integration programmes. He has raised the profile of ECOWAS within the Diplomatic Community and lntemational Organizations, as well as with the Government and People of Liberia.
Mrs. FATIMA UMMI IDRIS graduated with a B.Sc. in Pharmaceutical Science from De Montfort University, Leicester 2014 and also holds M.Sc. in Pharmaceutical Quality by Design from De Montfort University, Leicester 2015. She joined Federal Staff Hospital Garki, Abuja between July and Sept 2009 as Student Doctor. She also worked as a mathematics’ teacher at Unguwar Rimi, girls government school Kaduna from Jan to Sept 2016. She has in-view her Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Science at De Montfort University, Leicester.
