The Nigerian Stock Exchange lifts the suspension on Ikeja Hotel Plc on Monday, 21 May 2018 as approved by the Quotations Committee of the National Council of The Exchange on Friday, 11 May 2018. Consequently, trading in the shares of the Company has resumed on The Exchange.

Mr. Valentine Obi, Managing Director of the Company will be stepping down and Mr. Niyi Toluwalope will be taking over as the Managing Director in acting capacity. Until his appointment, Mr. Niyi Toluwalope was the Chief Financial Officer, a position he has held since 2011.
