Diamond Bank Plc Announces Closed Period and Board Meeting

This is to inform the Nigerian Stock Exchange that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Diamond Bank Plc has been scheduled to hold on Thursday, the 19th day of October, 2017 in Lagos to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended 30th September, 2017, along with other agenda items.

 

The Company has declared the Closed Period from 9th day of October, 2017 to the 30th day of October 2017 (both days inclusive) as required under Rule 17.2 of the Amendment of Listing Rules of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

 

Accordingly, no director, employees, person discharging managerial responsibility and advisers of the company and their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the securities of the company in any manner during the closed period.
