African Alliance Insurance Plc Announces Delay in Filing Q1 2018 Reports

African Alliance Insurance Plc wishes to notify its esteemed shareholders and other stakeholders that the Company will not be able to file its interim financial statements for the period ended 31st March, 2018 with the Nigerian Stock Exchnage within the filing timeline of 30th April, 2018. 

The delay is occassioned by the fact the Company is yet to file its annual Group Audited Financial Statements for the period ended 31st  December, 2017 due to the fact that one of its major offshore subsidiaries is yet to obtain the approval of its Financial Statements from its regulators without which the Group accounts cannot be consolidated, completed and filed. 

We assure you that the Company is working assiduously towards completing and submitting its lst quarter interim Financial Statement and is hopeful to do so on or before 31st May, 2018.
