Pursuant to Rule 17.18 of the Rulebook of the Nigerian Stock Exchange [The Exchange], Ikeja Hotel Plc (the Company or IHPLC) wishes to bring to the attention of the investing public, that the company has commenced a closed period. Therefore, no Director, persons discharging managerial responsibility, and advisers of the Company and their connected persons shall deal in the securities of the Company.

This period shall be reopened twenty-four hours after IHPLC’s Annual Financial Statements have been submitted to The Exchange.
