VANLEER Notifies of Board Meeting Date

Greif Nigeria Plc (the Company) wishes to notify The Nigerian Stock Exchange (The Exchange), its shareholders and the investing public that a Virtual Meeting of the Company's Board of Directors will hold on Wednesday, 15th July, 2020 to, among other things, fix the date and the venue of the 82nd Annual General Meeting of the Company which has been rescheduled because of a travel ban for all the employees of the Company and advisory that meetings with larger groups of participants should be avoided, as a result of the Corona Virus (COVID-19) outbreak.

The outcome of the meeting will be communicated to the Market accordingly.
