AFRIPRUD Notifies Of Board Meeting and Closed Period For Q1 2020

Notice is hereby given to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (The Exchange), our stakeholders and the investing public that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Africa Prudential Plc (the Company) is scheduled to hold on Wednesday April 15, 2020 to consider amongst other business, the Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended March 31, 2020.

In compliance with the Post Listing Rules of The Exchange, there will be a closed period commencing from April 1, 2020 until 24 hours after the Audited Financial Statements have been filed with The Exchange.

During the closed period, no Director, person discharging managerial responsibility and Adviser of Africa Prudential Plc shall deal directly or indirectly in the shares of the Company in any manner howsoever.

All Africa Prudential Plc insiders have been duly informed accordingly.
