Pursuant to the provisions of the Insurance Act 2003, the operating licenses of the under listed insurance brokers have lapsed with effect from the respective dates specified against each Insurance Broker and thereby ceases to have legal authority to transact insurance broking business in Nigeria. It is illegal for any person to transact business as an insurance broker without having a valid operating license issued by the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM).
