59 Quoted Firms Yet to File Q2'13 Interim Accounts

One of the key requirements of companies quoted on the Exchange is the filing of quarterly accounts as they are required to do so within 45 days after the end of the quarter in accordance the Nigerian Stock Exchange Listing Rules.

 

Recent details of the quarterly filings listed in the latest NSE X-Compliance Report as at Friday, 29th November, 2013 reveal that thirty-six (36) quoted firms are yet to file their  Q2 ’13 financials while fifty-nine (59) are yet to file for Q1 ’13.

 

The Audited financials schedule has a total of thirty-one (31) firms while trading on Goldlink Insurance shares which falls on this list has been suspended following the appointment of an interim management by NAICOM to oversee the company affairs effective from 2nd November, 2012.
