The following proposed Rule Amendments, are exposed for comments. Your participation is requested by way of reviewing the proposed Rule Amendments, and providing your comments thereon.

(a) Proposed Amendment to the Appendices to the Listings Requirements - Form of General Undertaking for Listing on The Nigerian Stock Exchange;
