The Nigerian Dot Com Awards were held on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at the Protea Hotels, Lekki, the data service www.theanalystng.com and Proshare’s subsidiary – www.WebTVng.com were delighted to win the 2014 Business Innovator of the Year / Best Internet Television Station 2014 Awards respectively. The Founder/CEO Olufemi Awoyemi, News Anchor, Otto Abasiekong and the Corporate Relations Manager, Claudia Nwankwo were there to collect the award on behalf of the team.
The award is designed to recognise the firm that has made the greatest contribution to the development of online television service in Nigeria in the case of webtv and for innovative solutions for #TheAnalyst.
Managing Director of Proshare, Olufemi Awoyemi said, “this initiative is quite commendable and we are honored to receive this recognition from Afrinet Business Solutions and American Internet Business School”. He also thanked staff, partners, readers and subscribers of Proshare for their commitment and support through the years.

Deciding on the winner of the award, which looks for exemplary expertise and commitment to the development of the online video/television industry; the judges recognized the firm's position as the nation's leading business, economic and finance content provider; and consistency in engagements and value linkages.
