We are happy to announce the launch of the first-ever subscription based data, analysis and news portal dedicated to the Nigerian Capital Market.

Proshare has ran this service for over seven (7) years and the trajectory of the company has reflected the evolution of the Nigerian capital market, which with the best practice module of @NSEContact meant that all users of data had to pay for same.

It is with a resounding commitment to this best practice that we announce our compliance with the NSE data use rules; and our subsequent adoption of a means tested model for such paid for service – to announce that all data usage on the site will be on a subscribed only basis.

As stock market data becomes a commodity that is no longer free, but attracts huge sum of money (as required by ‘strict new rules of engagement’), a ‘token’ fee becomes inevitable to not only reflect the increasing cost arising from the fee paid to the NSE; but to appropriate the nexus needed to be established between users of data and the platform providing such proprietary information.

We recognize that we cannot pass on to you our loyal subscribers the entire cost (as this would be inconsistent with our education, enlightenment and empowerment remit); so we have worked out a means through which you can pay a sum of $100 or N16,000 per annum to access the site through a subscription module we have implemented here.

#TheAnalyst “Investment WebStation” is your virtual personal analyst/companion solely dedicated to enabling investors (both retail and institutional) make intelligent investment decisions from the point of DATA VALIDATION to TRADE EXECUTION.

We have reworked the site/platform to make it a data/news/analysis/engagement portal that disseminates processed information and ample market intelligence for every investor, analyst, researcher, market operator and the general public.

Additionally, there are other unique features that give Nigerian investors a newer, richer experience – such as timely sentiment analysis reports, daily investors’ newsbeat that track and reveal true market sentiments towards individual stock(s); equity market reports, market directory, economic indicators, recommended picks, investment tools including Technical tools and updates from leading fund managers not easily assessable to all, specialized reports on topical stocks, breaking news and inside scoop on the non-reported issues/developments/happenings in the capital market.
