NCR Appoints Alsec Nominees Limited As Company Secretary

NCR Nigeria Plc ("NCR" or the "Company") wishes to inform its shareholders, the investing public and The Nigerian Stock Exchange ("The Exchange") that the Board of Directors of NCR has approved the appointment of Alsec Nominees Limited ("Alsec") as NCR's company secretary with effect from the 23rd day of January 2020, following the resignation of Mrs. Olufunke Hussain as the company secretary. 

 

Alsec is a limited liability company registered in 1987 under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. It is the company secretarial arm of the law firm of Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie ("UUBO"), one of the largest commercial law partnerships in Nigeria. Alsec provides a full range of company secretarial services to over two hundred and thirty (230) companies operating within the various sectors of the Nigerian economy. 

 

Alsec has a team of solicitors, chartered secretaries and administrators and other governance and compliance experts that would provide quality company secretarial, corporate governance, and compliance services to the Company.
