Nacho Aviance notifies its esteem shareholders, the general public and the Nigerian Stocks Exchange (NSE) that the Board of Directors of Nigerian Aviation Handling Company Plc (nacho aviance) has accepted the voluntary resignation of Arc Usman Bello and Mr. Ahmed T. Uwais as the Board Chairman and a Non-Executive Director of the Company respectively with effect from 25th October, 2018.
The Board also appointed Mr. Seinde Fadeni Oladapo and Mr. Salman Taofeeq Oluwatoyin as the Board Chairman and a Non-Executive Director of the Company respectively with effect from 25th October, 2018.

Mr. Seinde Fadeni Oladapo
Seinde Fadeni Oladapo is the founder and serving Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of GMT Energy Resources Limited, a private indigenous multi-billion Naira company incorporated in Nigeria with offices in Lagos and Port-Harcourt with an overriding national and global outlook.
He is an astute businessman with experience spanning close to three decades with interests in strategic sectors of the economy including oil & gas, real estate, hospitality, maritime and real sectors.
He sits on the Boards of a number of companies including MCI FZE Yard Development Limited (a joint venture between MCI FZE and Samsung Heavy Industries Nigeria where Total Upstream Nigeria Limited and her partners integrated their EGINA FPSO’s 6 topside modules), BSMEC (Badagry Ship-repair Maintenance Engineering Consortium), Elect & Chosen Limited (a reputable interior design and furniture supply company) and Godsmart Limited, where he brings his experience to bear in providing strategic direction and leadership in corporate reputation and sustainability and commercial negotiations. He has incredible skill of perceiving business needs and creating solutions to address the needs. He has a network of high value contacts in international and domestic business communities including the regulatory and supervisory Federal ministries and their departments and agencies.
Seinde Fadeni Oladapo had his higher education at University of Lagos where he was awarded a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. He has attended various seminars and courses all over the world, including the Owners/President Management Program organized by Harvard University, a citadel of learning devoted to the development of leaders in many disciplines who make a difference globally. He is also an Associate Member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (AMNIM), Nigerian Institute of Credit Management and Port Harcourt Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He has been decorated with many awards by professional bodies in recognition of his contributions to nation building. He is God fearing, loving and caring family man with strong commitment and devotion to philanthropic activities the flagship of which is The Chris Alice Foundation that gives scholarship and other forms of support to students who scored up to 3.5CGPA and above, widows, senior citizens and orphans.
Salman Taofeeq Oluwatoyin MCIArb UK, AIoD
Salman Taofeeq Oluwatoyin is the Managing Partner of Canary Legal (“the Firm”) a corporate and commercial law firm. He also leads the firm’s corporate governance, company secretarial and legal advisory practice group. He advises clients locally and internationally on Foreign Investment, Project Finance, and Public Private Partnerships (PPP).
He has worked as a litigator in one of Nigeria’s leading litigation firms. He served as the Head of Legal and Compliance Department and subsequently rose to become the Managing Director of Rosehill Group Limited (a diversified investment Holding Company with interests in Infrastructure, Aviation, Real Estate, Hospitality and Construction).
He is also on the Board of Asokoro Island, Sycor Private Investment Limited and Central Cement and Logistics (CENCEM). He obtained a LLB (Hons) from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria, a Barrister at Law from the Nigerian Law School and LLM from the University of East Anglia, Norwich, England (UK). He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and Institute of Directors (IOD).
