This is to notify The Nigerian Stock Exchange and our esteemed shareholders that at the 5oth Annual General Meeting of Great Nigeria Plc. held on Wednesday 25th July 2018, the following resolution was proposed and duly passed:

“That the appointment of Col. Ali Sule Yakasai (Rth) as a Director be and is hereby approved.”

Col. Ali Sule Yakasai (Rth) hails from Kano State. He is a graduate of Bayero University Kano with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Master’s degree in Intelligence Relations from the University of Salford. He was commissioned into the Nigerian Army in 1981 where he was enlisted in the Intelligence Officer Security Group of the Directorate of Military Intelligence. He has served in different capacities in the Directorate of Military Intelligence, Nigeria High Commission, London, Government House Kano, APC Transition Committee to mention a few.
