Family Members, Friends and Associates gathered at the Prestigious Red Restaurant, Eko Hotel & Suites, Lagos to throw a surprise 60th birthday party for Dr Abiodun Adedipe a leading economist and thought leader.
During the event, he received loads of accolades and special wishes from across the globe as his family and friends shared how he has impacted their lives. As the CEO of Biodun Adedipe and Associates Consulting Company, his staff members described him as a mentor and a man of integrity. His wife, Mrs Adedipe poured enconiums on her husband describing him as a God-fearing man who walks in integrity. His daughters Laide and Nifemi were full of praises of him, for being a pillar of support and for always being there when they needed help.
Dr Adedipe is known for his hard work, dedication and commitment to developing robust economic and planning strategies for Nigeria and even international development agencies. He is a member of several professional and strategic groups in Nigeria including; The Nigeria Economy Society, The America Economy Society, The Nigeria Economic Summit Group, The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and the Nigerian Institute of Management, amongst others. He is also an ordained Pastor at the ChristChurch in Lagos.
The event which was indeed a surprise for him, was a moment to relish as Dr Adedipe an accomplished economist with over 3 decades experience in analysis and consulting, was treated to a warm reception at the event. With popular comedian Okudalaiye Ayodele a.k.a ‘SACO’ as the compere it was a colourful and lively event. The event also featured live displays from a gospel band that serenaded the venue and caused several guests to dance and rejoice with the celebrant.
