Traditionally,
the role of the Human Resource Professional has been to act as the spokesperson
of executive Management as well as discharge other administrative and personnel
functions. However, with the ever-dynamic business environment and the adoption
of forward-thinking practices, the Human Resource professional is now a
strategic partner, a change champion, and an employee advocate. It is therefore
pertinent for HR professionals to understand and embrace novel functions such
as strategic utilization of staff, talent management and development, strategic
compensation and hiring as well as complaints and problem solving.
DCSL Corporate Services Limited is pleased to invite you to its 2022 HR Breakfast Session on Thursday, January 27th, 2022, themed "The Human Resource: A Corporate Strategist" which will be facilitated virtually by subject matter experts.
