Courteville Announces the Appointment of Two Non-Executive Directors

Courteville Business Solutions Plc (the “Company”) wishes to inform its esteemed Shareholders, Stakeholders, The Nigerian Stock Exchange (The "Exchange”) and the general public that the following changes have occurred on the Board of Directors (the "Board”): 


a.      Mr. Olufemi Rasheed Adekoya - Independent Non-Executive Director Mr. Adekoya is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Ibranox Investment Limited and Ibranox Energy Limited. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Ibadan and he is a certified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), with twenty-six (26) years’ post-qualification experience. In January 2011, Mr. Adekoya was appointed as the Chief Finance Officer of the First Deepwater Discovery Limited. He also worked in Spring Bank Plc, Fountain Trust Bank Plc and Oceanic Bank international Limited as Branch Manager.

b.       Ms. Irunna Ejibe - Independent Non-Executive Director Ms. Ejibe brings over 20 years’ experience spread across Human Resource Development, Organisational Design, Process and Cost Improvement, Cultural Transformation, Change Management, Strategic Planning, Business development and Marketing in both international and local institutions. Ms. Ejibe holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Enugu State University of Technology and completed a Senior management Program at the Lagos Business School in 2013. She also has a master’s degree in International Human Resource Management, Crainfield School of Management, United Kingdom.

Ms. Ejibe is the Executive Director of Shared Shares at the Viathan Engineering Limited. Prior to this, she was the Group Head, Human Resource Organisation and Development in Fidelity Bank Plc.

Further to the above, the Board has appointed:

a.      Mr. Adekoya as the directors’ representatives on the Audit Committee of the Company; and

b.      Ms. Ejibe as member of the Corporate Governance and Remuneration Committee.

The Board is very confident that their vast and relevant experiences in the Financial Services and Human Resources and Governance, Mr. Adekoya and Ms. Ejibe would add value to the quality and the diversity of the Company’s Board.
