CWG Plc wishes to notify its shareholders, The Nigerian Stock Exchange and the investing public of the following changes on its Board of Directors:

Appointments

Mr. Wale Agbeyangi - Non-Executive Director

Mr. Wale Agbeyangi was appointed to the Board of the company as a Non-Executive Director on 19th October 2017. Wale holds an MBA from Business School Netherlands, attended the University of Lagos and was enrolled at the Nigerian Law School for his certification as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court. He is an Authorized Dealing clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.

Wale is a consummate entrepreneur and investment banker with specialist knowledge of Securities Trading, Asset Management and Investment Banking Services. He is the Group Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer of Cordros Capital Limited.

Mr. Phillip Obioha - Board Chairman

Mr. Phillip Obioha a Non-Executive Director was unanimously appointed as Chairman of the Board at the meeting of 19th January 2018 following the successful completion of a two-year term as Chairman by Mr. Abiodun Fawunmi. Mr. Fawunmi continues to serve on the Board as a Non-Executive Director.

 

Mr. Adewale Adeyipo - Executive Director

Mr. Adewale Adeyipo was appointed as Executive Director of on 15th June 2018. Adewale holds a BSc in Computer Science from University of Ilorin, he is an Alumni of Lagos Business School (LBS) and has also attended premium sales and leadership trainings both locally and internationally. Prior to now, Adewale has held several leadership positions in CWG including business development for the Telecommunication arm in 2010 and Business Director or PAN Africa Initiatives in 2014. He has previously served as a Director in Consultative Sales and Managed Services Engagements for Telecommunication Companies, which he has done for onwards of 12 years.
