African Alliance Insurance Plc. ("the Company") wishes to announce the resignation of Hon. Ambassador Nurain Abayomi Mumuni from the Board of the Company effective from 15th May 2018.

Ambassador Mumuni was appointed to the Board of the Company in March 2010 and he has since then served in the capacity of a Non-Executive Director. A charismatic, resourceful and influential leader, his amiable personality and strong business acumen have been instrumental to the Company's change management, business growth and development. 

On behalf of the Board, Management and Shareholders of the Company, we wish to thank him for the support, dedication, commitment and brilliant contributions he brought to Board deliberations also in assisting the Company to achieve its business goals and objectives.
